If for any reason you receive your shipment and you're not completely satisfied with it, return/exchange* it for the product of your choosing within 60 days of purchase.

All returns must be in their original condition, free from any cuts or defects.

Tax.

The prices listed on our website are not inclusive of tax. All U.S. sales are tax free under NAFTA. Canadian orders will have the applicable tax added on issue of final invoice.

Shipping Price.

Each item listed on our website are not inclusive of transport costs. UPS is our designated carrier for small orders. Larger orders will be shipped by transport trucks to your destination. 

When You Receive Your Order.

Inspect your shipment thoroughly. While we make every effort possible to ensure your product arrives free from damage, it could happen during transport. We will require each shipment to be signed for before it is dropped off. Once you sign, it will be difficult to execute any damage claims against the carrier.

* Only stock profiles are eligible for returns/exchanges. Buyer assumes all shipping costs to our location in the event of a return/exchange. Extra shipping costs may apply in certain situations where quantity is low or delivery to remote locations is required.
